Richard Halle

Richard Halle was elected on October 17, 2012 as an independent member of the Board and Audit Committee. As the current Chief Financial Officer of The Berry Company Mr. Halle oversees all aspects of finance, including accounting, treasury, tax, planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Mr. Halle has more than 20 years of diverse experience in financial management with operating and financial services companies. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of DTN Holding Company (“DTN”) in Omaha, Nebraska, an information services business he joined in 2003. Prior to joining DTN, Mr. Halle was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, where he specialized in developing restructuring strategies.
