MONUMENT, Colo., June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Grocers will open its relocated Monument, Colorado store on Wednesday, July 15. The new store, which opens at 8 a.m., is located at 216 W. Baptist Road.

As part the of the July 15 relocation grand opening, Natural Grocers will distribute mystery gift cards to the first 60 customers in line for the opening. Gift cards will be in the amount of $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100. Customers won't know the amount of their gift card until they check out.

Grand Opening Celebration

The opening of the Monument store will kick-off with a month-long series of free, grand opening celebrations, including food tastings, cooking demonstrations and nutrition classes with nutrition experts. All activities will take place from noon to 4 p.m. on the following dates:

• Saturday, July 18: Block Party
• Saturday, July 25: Spa Day
• Saturday, August 1: Local Product Expo and Tasting Fair; Culinary Concert: Raw Foods Rock by Grammy Award Nominee DJ Cavem and Alkemia Earth
• Saturday, August 8: Back to Our Roots Health Fair

The relocation answers consumers' demand for healthier food options and nutrition education opportunities. The relocation store will sell additional food and supplement options not previously offered at the old Monument store and will include a new demonstration kitchen/community room to host educational seminars and cooking demonstrations.
