Natural Grocers brings creative mixology and fermented cold brew to its stores with new kombucha kegerators available at select locations
LAKEWOOD, Colo., March 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The kombucha craze is getting even trendier as enthusiasts everywhere flock to try new brands and flavor profiles. As innovations in the kombucha world expand, aficionados of the fizzy drink are exploring new ways to customize their experience, and Natural Grocers is at the forefront of this growing trend.
Starting Wednesday, March 15, 2017, Natural Grocers customers can purchase GT's Kombucha straight from the tap at select Natural Grocers locations.
Customers will be able to visit the store to fill a 32 or 64 ounce growler jug with their GT's Kombucha flavor of choice. Flavors on tap will include Gingerade and Synergy Trilogy.
The new kombucha taps will launch at the grand opening of Natural Grocers' new South Jordan store location on March 15. The store will offer grand opening discounts of $5 off 64 oz. and $3 off 32 oz. growler fills from March 15-31 as well as free kombucha mocktail classes on April 2 from 11:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 2 p.m.

Natural Grocers will host a launch party on March 18 at the Salt Lake City Downtown and Sugarhouse locations. The party will include free mocktail samples from 3-6 p.m. and drawings for $100 and $25 gift cards, blankets, and cutting boards. Customers will receive a free reusable shopping bag (while supplies last). Both stores will offer discounts from March 16-18 of $5 off 64 oz. and $3 off 32 oz. growler fills.
